素材は黄麻の紐と上質なフレンチリネンを使用。
黄麻の紐を手編みし敷き詰めて構成。
床に敷くと、まるで輝く三日月が浮かび上がっているように見える
美しい作品です。
裏面も趣があり素敵です。

天然染料は五倍子を使用。
五倍子で染めた後、媒染料により手描きで表現。

Crescent Moon II

Made of jute string and high-quality French linen.
Made by hand-braiding and laying jute string.
When laid on the floor, it looks like shining crescent moon is floating above it.
The back side is also elegant and charming.
Natural dye used is gallnut.
After dyeing with gallnut, the piece is hand-painted using a mordant.
